Terms of Service
Last updated: 05 October 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of the On-Site Online website and services. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
Services
On-Site Online may provide website development, branding, company-profile creation, social-media support, Google Business Profile support, SEO foundations, website maintenance and related digital services. The exact scope of each project is agreed separately through a quotation, proposal, WhatsApp message, email or written confirmation.
Quotes and Scope
Website prices and package prices shown on this website are starting estimates. Final cost, timeline, deliverables, revisions, third-party fees and payment terms depend on the approved project requirement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and authorised information, including:
- Business name, contact details, services and address/service area.
- Permission to use supplied logos, images, text, documents and brand materials.
- Timely review and approval of drafts, content and project deliverables.
- Access to hosting, domain, website, Google or social-media accounts where required.
Third-Party Platforms
Google, Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways and other third-party platforms have their own policies and technical systems. We cannot guarantee approval, ranking, verification, account availability, suspension decisions, search-result position or third-party platform outcomes.
No Guaranteed Rankings or Results
We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, number of leads, follower count, sales amount, review count or approval by any third-party platform. Digital results depend on many factors including competition, customer demand, budget, market conditions and the client’s business operations.
Payments and Third-Party Costs
Payment schedules, advance amounts and delivery milestones are confirmed for each project separately. Domain renewal, hosting, premium plugins, advertising, stock images, paid tools and other third-party charges are separate unless clearly included in writing.
Website Access and Ownership
Client access credentials should remain controlled by the client wherever practical. Ownership and handover terms for files, source code, designs and accounts are defined in the applicable project agreement or written confirmation after required payments are completed.
Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care in providing services, but we are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of data, third-party platform decisions, client-supplied content issues or events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when services, website features or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
